My Background:
As a full-time independent investor with significant personal capital to contribute, I am committed to finding the right business to acquire, operate and scale.
Previously as a Vice President at KPMG Corporate Finance, I built a strong foundation in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and financial advisory while working closely with SMB owners and entrepreneurs. Over nearly a decade, I advised lower middle market businesses on strategic alternatives, including exits and debt & equity capital raises. I led transaction processes end-to-end—collaborating with C-level executives, preparing investor materials, and building detailed financial models to help owners understand and assess cash flow impacts. My role required daily interaction with business owners, private equity investors and lenders, deepening my expertise in how to drive business growth. This experience sharpened my ability to analyze complex financial structures, solve strategic challenges, and manage high-stakes negotiations.
To complement my M&A experience and strengthen my operational expertise, I have assembled an advisory board of seasoned professionals with backgrounds in lower middle market private equity and business operations. Their insights provide valuable strategic guidance, helping me navigate the complexities of acquiring and scaling a small business. With this support, I am well-positioned to drive operational success and long-term growth.
Outside of work and chasing around my 1-year-old daughter, I’m a former D1 baseball player at Lafayette College and continue to stay active by taking trips to Colorado for hiking ‘14ers’ and fly fishing. My wife and I reside in New Jersey.
